Tradeshow registrants are provided with one 6 ft. table, a black spandex table covering, two chairs, and a waste basket. There is the option to request power to your booth for an add on fee.
AKVMA appreciates your support for door prizes, participants love winning them, and the prizes help us incentivize participants to get around to the exhibits.
AKVMA will assign each exhibitor their table. It is important to list on the exhibitor registration form any special needs such as electrical power or competitors that you do not want to be assigned next to. Sponsors will be assigned first to assure a table in the exhibit hall.
Some meals and refreshment breaks are included with the registration fee. Details can be found in the exhibitor packet. The booth fee covers two representatives and there is an extra fee of $250 for each additional representative to cover the cost of meals/refreshments.

The cost for vendor space at the AKVMA Symposium is $700 per booth (admits 2 company representatives). Booth spaces are available first, for our sponsors, and then assigned on a 1st-come 1st serve basis. Register early to guarantee a space. Our diamond, platinum, gold and silver sponsors receive a discount on the booth fee. Add on power fee of $25 for nonsponsors.
